We do appreciate your efforts but we must inform you that we have chosen to move in a different direction at this time. I would like to mention that Nick from Cynergy and yourself were professional and very helpful but being brought in so late in the process was simply beyond your control. Perhaps we will work together at some point in the future on something other than CRM.
