InterWeave Smart Solutions Integration with SugarCRM 6.0 to Benefit Businesses

This open-source CRM system is accessible from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, enabling businesses to be run online.

Robert Clinkert, partner of RemoteLink, Inc., said that undoubtedly, SugarCRM was the best open source system that adequately met the requirements of SMB customers. He also added that the affordable, robust and turnkey CRM solution was now offering extended incorporation with QuickBooks, and other applications, and the partnership with Integration technologies had allowed them to offer InterWeave Smart solutions integration with SugarCRM 6.0 and other products, services and solutions. This wide spectrum of choices allowed customers the flexibility to choose what was right for them.

Bruce Magown, CEO of Integration Technologies agreed that it was a value-priced solution for SMB customers as the partnership would turn out to be extremely beneficial for customers with a leading edge CRM integrated into leading financial applications. The company's smart solutions were easy to adopt as it required no technical skill, and most importantly, the application knowledge that was required was supplied in a configurable form.

There are a variety of InterWeave smart solutions available, including CRM, financial, ERP, e-commerce, billing, telephony, customer service, and more.

RemoteLink, Inc., a cloud computing evangelist, has a demonstrated tradition of enhancing collaboration through web and telecommunications services and a variety of custom hosted IVR solutions for over 15 years.

In a related news release, Integration Technologies, Inc., announced the partnership with Trapp Online, a premier provider of online accounting solutions for small to mid-sized businesses with its My Accounting Cloud QuickBooks Hosting Service.

InterWeave enters the 2010 Awesome QuickBooks Add-ons

At The Sleeter Group, we continually study the marketplace of QuickBooks add-ons and services that enhance QuickBooks. I’m quite impressed with the depth and breadth of solutions in the market, including solutions for everything from automotive dealership management solutions to construction, to property management, to document management, manufacturing, to wholesale and distribution. It’s truly amazing to see how the “ecosystem” of solutions has grown and thrived over the years.

For several years now, we’ve spotlighted several special products we call “awesome add-ons.”

We survey products in several vertical markets where QuickBooks may not have all the needed features, or where clients want customized solutions. Most of the winners are software, but several are hardware and software combinations.

In order to qualify for our list, the product and/or service must be developed and sold by a solid company with a reputation for outstanding customer support, and the product must have the following attributes:

* Show superior design, implementation and features.
* Integrate with QuickBooks using best practices of the QuickBooks SDK programming guidelines;

InterWeave Payment Processing Gateway and Merchant Accounts Solutions
